Zulaika, you can't imagine how these fake claws are becoming popular with Somali girl, to the point that they make as long as the black girls do...its too tacky and unclassy. Best thing to do work with your own god give nails.

Kambuli, no it only costs alot if you use fake acrylic nails, but I don't. I get a manicure tho once a week, it only costs $15, in a month $60...I think that's okay dont you?

i c, waxaa tahey high maintance miyaa. qatar! i'll be lucky if i pay the salon a visit once a month and i usually get my brows done for that and mabye a trim coz my hair grows faster than i like to keep my layered haircut.

Im not high maintance but as my mom says, naftaada waad uu roontahay...hell yeah! I am, if I won't who will damn it?
I get my hair conditoned a couple of times a month and get a trim maybe every 2 months or something like that. I have a hair cut phobia! I like my hair long.

Kambuli, i wouldnt go as far as to say you are cheap but you only live once and you only get one body. So throwing a little money here and there to take care of yourself is nothing to me.

As for duruuc, i just bought a couple but I was obligated. Usually, I wear a guntiino, and I don't make it out of dirac I usually go to the fabric store and find something different. I hate looking like everyone else walaahi, it bothers me!
