E!.... I've been to Hargeisa and Mogadishu ..and if there are a few facts that i and most would agree on ... its that..

1. Mugdishu is a tropical city compaired with the towns north of it.. and has much more sea breeze then Barbera, bossaaso and hargeisa..

2. Only Kismaayo can compete in topicality and coolness with Mugdishu...

3. Hargeisa is the hottest desert place in Somalia after Bossaso and berbera..

Long live Somaliland all the people E!

Hargeisa is in a valley with good options of expanding in every direction.
It lies 1380 m over sea level wich gives us a fine temperature all year round.
Oh yeah you need a good jacket in Hargeisa during the cold season.

Killa boy

you know nothing about northern cities ...
tell me do you even know if Mogadishu is under the equator without searching ?
I'll give you 20 sec'
LiQaaye you say berbera got roads ? roads to where may I ask ?
all the somaliland cities see Hargeisa as their centrum .

At last Hargeisa is free and already a Capital with a big C and there is nothing powerhungry faqash people can give .

Hargeisa is located in a valley in the western section of the country. It is in a mountainous area because Hargeysa is located in an enclosed valley of the Galgodon (Ogo) highlands, at an elevation of 1334 meters (4,377 feet) above sea level. This altitude gives Hargeisa and the surrounding area a milder climate than the Gulf of Aden coastal area (one of the hottest areas on earth) and the Hargeisa region has a fairly equable climate. The temperature ranges between 13 and 32 degrees Celsius (55 and 89 degrees Fahrenheit).

Hargeisa also receives larger amounts of rain, and used to be surrounded by forest when the city was smaller but the countryside around the city has small juniper forests. Moreover, near Hargeisa are the fertile Sheikh and Daallo mountains, which receive large amount of rain.

Rolling Eyes

Its hell of a lot cooler than mogadishu Smile

kkk47 = darood

wanna know if Somaliland is real ?
no ?

thats what I thought you prefer to be a faqash refugee in the West instead of a good dead faqash in Hargeisa centrum where reality rules with the future under the banner of Islam.
We believe in a institution called democracy in SL .
