The people in the diaspora in general saw the UIC as a group who wanted to bring peace using our religion, since that is the only thing Somalis can agree with. It wasn't about sacadnimo or anything. Anyone who opposed the UIC, they did it because it was against what they believed in(their interests). Tell me who are the majority of the people who oppossed the UIC and why?
I don't think its as deep as to called them Kuffar cuz they disagree in their concepts.

I definitely don't want my tool to be humiliated and certainly the UIC was neither trying to do that or take away any of their lands. If the UIC wanted to take any land...they did they give back most of the stolen proporties in Xamar back to thier rightfull owners.

NO, I don't believe they wanted to destroy the peacefull gov't taking place in GM, but they need to be there so that they can advance to putland. Its was just the wrong timing.

Thanks for agreeing with me.

The Americans favored the Isbaheysiga over the TFG and that irritated CY. He was failing to get the 1 card which the Isbaheysiga had fighting terror. After the elimination of the Isbaheysiga and the fact the UIC refused to distance themselves from the extremists, the CY got all the help he needed as he was the LAST OPTION.

CY was well contained in Jowhar & was lifeless. The Mog Ministers & Sharif Xasan formed a strong viable opposition against CY and all this was done under the TFG framework: TFG Mogadishu vs. TFG Jowhar.

It was a smart plan while it lasted and helped ensure that Hawiye had the upper hand.
