Somalia is a poor and starving little african country which hardly pops up in American national interest, what the american's did was noble of them and we Somali patriots salute them, the cold war was just finished and and america was conscious of the burden and responsibility of being the world's only superpower. it was because of that they invested so much in a place they expected hardly anything to come out for them. it was a unselfish and noble objective and i hardly say that about america.
