patriot why do you care about american plans? it works. american legal and governance system is the envy of everyone. stop imitating america. intelligent human object to george bush policies but not to american principles.

This idea that the TFG is not allowing UN refugee agencies into Somalia is rather absurd.
If the reports I have read suggest that the government has little control over large parts of Somalia, then whose is to blame?
I would agree and I would strongly suggest that any government should and must allow unfettered access any humanitarian agency that seeks to help refugees.
