You should have not advised her in having an abortion as mentioned before it is haraam. By you suggestiont he idea you are helping in her commiting a sin. She should marry him straight away.

She should be honest to her family and he should do the same.

She has no one to fear but Allah subhana wa ta'ala and learn from this mistake.

I think you should go back to her and tell her to make du'a, start praying, tell her family and get this 'abdi' to tell his and NOT HAVE AN ABORTION!
