hey sister i dont think that piercing ur belly bottun is haram n i think its perfectly fine since that u aint gonna show it to people n as long who did it was a female and a man didnt see ur belly. However, there are certain things like belly piercing in which islam has no clear view of. The main issue with stuff like these is avoiding looking a non-muslim for example when u get ur brows pierced n ppl wouldnt say dat this girl is not a muslim because u dont look like one. In islam u r encouraged to avoid dressing up like a non-muslim however ur belly button like u said wasnt shown to people n stuff i think its perfectly fine.
