Exactly what I thought as well since West African migration to America is far more than East Africans period. I'm inclined to believe the article itself is most likely centered around the West African and Caribbean community.

That's what being selective is all about which is why clearly they are a confused bunch. You and I know they suffer from inferiority complexes. But another good observation on your part. That's the only way they can attempt to take credit for something they haven't done.
