BTW, a zaani isn't a non-virgin....a zaani is someone who actively & regularly commits zina in the same way a Mushrik is someone who commits Shirk. If you repent and abstain from Shirk you are not a Mushrik. Same goes for zaani and there is no reason a former-repentant zaani can't build a masjid. One need only to look at the Sahaba who repented after Islam....how many masjids did they build?

Just b/c Somalis say it doesn't mean it's a hadith. Besides, in general Islamically previous sin doesn't preclude you from future khayr.....that is in someways contradictory to repentance.
