What's so wrong with a fantasy life? Everyone is an escapist you know (ex/ watching t.v/movies, readings leisurely, playing or watching sports and engaging in lengthy political discussions with crackpots) all of which are a temporary escape (beats maladaptive addictions such as, illicit drugs, food, alcohol or sex). They are keeping it clean you know. I'd have a tough time finding someone that wasn't an escapist. C'mon brothers. What is there to be ashamed of.
