Good answer Gurey! Cool

Wonderful PragmaticGal. We have a Press with suicidal tendencies.

And I'm not in cahoots with anyone! I simply states that the Government is my client - my ONLY client.
Padishah: No no no. I'm the press. I write columns indicting the gov't AND private enterprise without offering any workable alternatives. I think I will charge you with high treason for clearly being in cahoots with the current administration and its good old boy political jockeying. Don't think we (the people) haven't noticed all your machinations.

As you can see I have a big mouth and little concept of self-preservation.

Gurey, yeah but it's harder to writer scathing editorials and draw satirical cartoons in anarchies. Much better to be truly angry when there isn't as much to be angry about.

People seem to have equated Opposition with open rebbelion.
yes in an anarchy you will be dealt with as quickly as in a dictatorship.

we need a free press to keep us honest.

Depends on how successful Howard will be about ressurecting Boat-people-phobia, or manufacturing a Tampa Crisis, or declaring another existential threat to Australia which only his neo-Liberal voodoo snakecharmer act can deal with.

Right now, Labour is preferred as a party, but Howard preferred as a leader. Australia, make up your mind!

Anywho, Howard has been ignoring a couple of problems for too long, and now he's scrambling. The drought is bad; WorkChoices is bad. This election is going to be very bloody indeed.

We the members of SU (Somali Unity) believe that this government does not have the interest of the members in heart, which is why we give the president and his cabinet a vote of no confidence. Mudane President has lied to us numerous since the beginning of this “s.net government” fiasco, he has promised to make a new cabinet, BUT FAILED. He then made a new topic in which he promised that through voting we can choice a form of government and a new leader, but it seems as thou it was a ploy to keep us busy while him and his cabinet find ways to hold us [the members of S.net] hostage. Therefore we the members of SU feel that the only way to get rid of this government is by force, and we shall start our military campaign soon.

Sadeboi, a vote of no confidence does not equate with agitating to overthrow the gov't by violent means. That's illegal. Instead, make alliances with the other parties behind the scenes like normal oily politicians do.

Crazy Somalis can't follow the damn script.

Walaal, gureys government is illegal and it should not exist anymore. He promised us that we will choose a new government, which makes him like the parliament leader who maintains the order until the new government is chosen, instead of him doing that he acts as if he is already the president, which we find to be illegal and quite disturbing. We will put this government down before it gets TOO STRONG. If the gurey and his followers want to go through rules and so forth, lets continue with the voting and so forth.
