Correct answer is Ubayd-Allah ibn Jahsh, brother to Zaynab bint Jahsh. He along with his then wife Ramla bint Abu Sufyaan (Umm Habibah) migrated to Abyssinia where he converted to christianity. His wife stayed muslim and was later married by the Prophet pbuh.

Isn't it if you join at the first?

If you join with jamaacah sitting for first tashahud= your first tashahud
First complete rakat for you (third rakat for jamaacah) = second tashahud

Second rakat by yourself= third tashahud
Third rakat by yourself= fourth tashahud

If you join at second tashahud jamacah makes tasleem and then you do your three rakats by yourself as normal.

The deed has to be sincerely for Allah's sake and according to the sunnah. As what they prevent I guess innovation and riya or minor shirk.

There are quite a few but here are some of the common ones.

Gold, silver and money saved for a year. 2.5% of year saving. Trading goods, investments, and trading goods. Livestock from camels, sheep, goat and cows. agricultural produce such as grain. zakat on mines and found treasure.
