I did bastard burpees lunges squats planks and mountain climbers. I think I broke my arse its on bloody fire
Over the xmas period I have been in the gym once and been eating shit. Tomorrow back on my gym /diet

I have been so good last couple of weeks.I think i will continue doing what i do best.Yoga/Pilates were always my thing for sanity.
Successfully losing the vacation weight.

I BOUGHT MYSELF A BIKE. The bike, helmet, lock, Tons of necessary accessories. Man it was expensive but so worth it. They had to set it up to cater to my wants and needs. It's at there store and I can pick up. I rented the bike and it was awesome

I joined yoga Pilates place yesterday. I didn't even consider Pilates.
I have my first appointment with them next week

I go gym 3x
Swim 2x
Weekends are off days
I have lost 6kg since I've been back in the gym following the xmas break. Swimming is helping me tone up very fast which is great and it's easy on the body.
My cousins have invaded my gym which gets on my nerves it was my sanctuary away from everyone
I'm thinking of adding at home yoga and Pilates via YouTube during the weekend
