Nope, it's in the word. Furthermore, let's say you take a kufr wife, and she's a wine drinker. Or maybe she becomes a wine drinker. Not a raging alcoholic, just likes a glass of wine with dinner. Do you have to divorce her? Can you marry her in the first place?

there is conditions on marrying a non-muslim women its not like just go and get married with any non-believer
and yes a muslim man can divorce his wife if she wont listen to him and show some respect

The only condition is that she be "chaste". Funny how you can only marry a chaste non-Muslim but if it's a Muslim woman who is not chaste then marrying her is not a problem. Anyway, that hypocricy aside, I did not ask if he "could" divorce her, I said did he "have to" divorce her. You don't pay attention well.
