How is that possible when the people who voted for Obama were mostly liberal whites? This blacks vs whites is only registred in the minds of blacks.

Blackrain, young whites and women voted for Obama but the majority of whites voted for Romney(I think 60%).

Democrats are smart, they basically win the main population areas and leave the rest to the Conservatives.

the fact that Obama was able to win with a coalition of blacks, latinos, and some whites shows that the demographics are changing and the Republicans are behind. They can't win Presidential elections by being on the far right or using the Tea Party either...
