Yusha bin Nun aka Joshua.

Alch: you should get Anwar Alawlaki's series called 'Lifes of the Prophets'

It starts from Adam all the way down to 'Issa. Powerful and very informative series. I couldn't put it down when I first got it about 5 years ago. I listened to it everywhere. Then his other series called 'Life of the Prophet', he also did one about 'Those around the Prophet' and the Hereafter. Great stuff. He was a good lecturer before he went rogue and joined the others in Yemen.

Who is the first person that will be thrown in to hell?

I gained tremendous knowledge from his Islamic history lectures, no doubt. But, do not agree with his political rhetoric as of late.

EOMM

I disagree. The only time he went and joined them is after he was imprisoned in Yemen and became too close to home for him. Prior to that and even after 9/11 - he was an average lecturer here, even going as far as to condemn the attacks and saying it was against the Sharia to kill innocent civilians, just like Hamza Yusuf. But, like I said. When he visited Yemen a few years ago and was arrested at the request of the State department, he changed and personalized the issue.

Unlike you, brother. I see the human nature for what it is. Most of these claiming to be fighting for Islam are fighting for their own personal survival. But, it doesn't sound as charismatic to say it so, thus why they insert Jihaad in to it. I don't agree with their violent and foolish ideologies. Blowing up things here and there won't change shit and are not in accordance with Islam. That's not what the religion teaches us. We must safeguard the lives and properties of civilians, regardless of their religions. Brain-washing young men in to setting their underwears on fire to blow up a plane is a desperate act and one I condemn. I could've been on that plane or even you. Think, sxb.

Nevertheless, may Allah reward him for his lectures about the religion.

Abu-bakr was a nick the Arabs gave to their first born sons. It just stuck with him, but doesn't really mean anything in particular.

Who was the first child born to the Muhajireen in Madina and who were the child's parents?
Abdullahi Ibn Zubair, his dad was Zubair ibn Awaam and Asmaa bin abi bakr.

Which sahabi resembled the Prophet in his khuluq/character?
i think cuthman bin cafan r.a
No,it was Abdullah ibn Mascuud, the saxabaa unanimously agreed that he resembled the character of the prophet. Abdullah joined the prophet at the age of 15 and never left his side, a matter of fact several people thought that he was ahlul bait because of the amount of time he and his mother spend in the house of the prophet.

If there was one ayah that the prophet would hide its revelation which ayah was that?

Shaykh Google said, 6236, is it correct?

`A'ishah, may Allah be pleased with her, said, "If Muhammad were to have concealed anything that was revealed to him of the Book of Allah, he would have concealed this Ayah:

[وَتُخْفِى فِى نِفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَـهُ]
(But you did hide in yourself that which Allah will make manifest, you did fear the people whereas Allah had a better right that you should fear Him.)''

Surah Al-Ahzab Ayah Ayah 37

Shaykh Google told me - So I'm not cheating.

That's ridiculous !

That song was produced by an Abwaan and it was singed by Seynab Cige. How can they make up something that doesn't exist? :?

6,666 ayat of the Quran, right?
