i always thought ciidgale is larger than arab+isaxaaq in hargeisa but it seams isaxaaq are really bigger than i thought, its not just tactical but aslo they are large in numbers their candidates got the most votes after s.muuse.

in burao habaryoonis became equal to AXMED FAARX HJ, that means habarjeclo has the choice to take any position they want in burao, how ? well 75% of burao local council are habarjeclo they can create their own mayor and deputy mayor if they want, or they take the mayor and give the deputy to arab or ciise muuse if they want, habaryoonis has little or no choice, the current governor is HJ our sysytem is not 4.5 so the governor may not be replaced soon if the mayor becomes HJ, its totally different thing governor is apointed by the central government and the mayor is elected body. an example is ceerigaabo where both the governor and the mayor are from the same group while the city is devided into different groups the reason is becaus e the mayor was already there long before kulmiye is elected as siilaanyo,

Isxaaq is not larger than ciidagale and arab combined in harrgeysa but Hargeysa is a capital thus lots of HY from different subclans in the capital voted for isxaaq candidates.

That is not how it works in Togdheer or Burco.It is like comparing apples and oranges. Ceerigaabo is surrounded by Muusa Ismaaciil on most sides and they settle in
the most nearby villages, were's Burco is split into two western Burco(Soukhal Galbeed) and eastern Burco(Soukhal Bari). If the mayor of Burco is HY the governor will
be HJ, if the mayor is HJ the governor will be HY. From what i heard the governor of Togdheer will be replaced to some Musa Carre guy.

It's impossible that HJ get both the mayor and badhasaab wether HJ forms the majority or not. Badhasaab and mayor will be shared between east and west as always.

thats is not going to happen soon, most likely habajeclo will take the mayor and the governor will be there for a while at last he will be replaced by HY dude but not now until the president is making his next reshuffle.
