I still stand by my abstract and theoretical argument that Isaaq never wanted to be part of Greater Somalia prior to Somali independence. You can refer to some of the posts here or ask the elders lol. Walaahi billaaahi dan iyo duruuf uunbaa u gaysay. Getting back the Hawd ya know loool

I did not resurrect this thread ...

As to the rest of your statement, evidence and common knowledge renders your arguments
bullshit.

A/Y was 40 miles from Addis at some point. Godey was captured by WSLF with some help from SNA. The clan that has always fought for Somaliweyn has always been Darood. Even in Futuh al Habash Harti, Geri, Marehan, Yabarre and Xarla formed the majority of the Somali contingent. With leaders like Garaad Mataan of the Geri, the second conquerer of Habash Emir Nur ibn Mujahid and Sultan Hirabu of the Marehan invading as far as Gamo Gofa. And their son the Sayid and his nephew Siyaad, Darood has waged war against Ethioia for over 600 years. Isaaq took part in both instances, but it was always under Darood leadership and guidance.

Kanina uu iska hadlaa uun. Next he'll be telling us the river Nile is actually a harti deegaan and the MJs liberated Egypt from colonialism. GTFO with your dhaboyaco been .

There is only one clan that has repeatedly invited foreigners to conquer Somali territory and led xabashis into the Somali capital. Iyagaa is og.

I am just opposed to this Isaaq fantasy of the 1977 war. The clan that stood to gain the most from a liberated Galbeed was always Darood. 60% of all Darood live in Ethiopia, and incorporation of that large population would have given us absolute control over all other Somalis. The portion of Hawd Isaaq inhabit is a tiny strip, absolutely nothing compared to the land that we were missing in Ethiopia.

Siyaad Barre who was born in Shilabo-Qoraxey had a personal interest in recovering his homelands.

Sources, under Darood guidance my ass. Habar Magadle
fought with Ahmed Gary (who'm Darood are claiming as thier own today)
and formed the majority of his troops. Harti and Marehan also fought with him but where fewer in numbers.

You think I don't about Darood
regime sending Isaaq soldiers to the most dangerous fronts?
Or how they detain Isaaq nomads for months in prisons and let them lose in the middle
of battles without a proper training or arming. I read somewhere how Marehan where the only Somali clan that didn't participated
in the Ogaden war, I should have toke a screen shot.

I can't take you word, but I'll play along. How would Abdulahi Yusuf reach Ababa if it wasn't for the Isaaq who toke a major part in
liberating Gode, Dhagax Buur, jigjiga and Dire Dhabe (mostly Darood and Non-Isaq territories)??? While the OG were killing Isaaq people inside Somaliland Isaaq where fighting with SNA. They probably killed more Isaaq than Ethiopians.

I can't really take you seriously after mentioning Sydka.
As if the kacaan inspired Darood superman character that was used to polish
the image of Dhulos and brain wash the minds of an entire generation would give you any credibility.

Darood are not angels Shephared,
the picture of your leaders working with
Ajnabi against the Somalis are all over the net.

Who you're fooling?
If Darood where so great and had the backing
of the Darood government why would they employ Isaaq?
To free the wide desserts of Ogaden?

Fact remains, Isaaq helped liberating other Somalis
in the Ogaden war while Darood where abusing power and don't let me start
talking about your disgraceful actions after the OG war, not only towards Isaaq, but
to every Somali clan.

I've always wondered how USP
managed to get 12 seats and NUF, the second largest party
in British Somaliland managed to get only a single seat.

Apparently, the SNL had an alliance with USP and
they somehow stole the votes of NUF and gave it to USP.

It explained how NUF, which was larger
than USP only got 1 vote while USP a smaller party got 12 seats!

The USP had absolutely no relevance in British Somaliland politics before independence.

That's the paper of Douglas Hall , once and for all the dumb Isaaq should stop repeating the faqash myth of the so called USP.
