No except for extended family, but i researched online and there are quite a few diabetic food and recipe websites have a browse online for simple and quick recipes. I think main meals are fine but they have to minimise their dessert or sugar intake? I'm sure there's a more specific diet plan but I am not well versed in this, hope I've pointed you in the right direction :up:

Jazakallahu khair. I'll browse and give some of them I try. The thing is even in some main courses, I would use certain sauces, but I'd love to cook for MIL. Just doubting everything - probably being overly cautious.
