Tbh i don't really eat that much sambus during ramadan. my food in ramadan is mostly soupe especially Xariira ( Marockan soupe), cadis, fruits ( Mango, watermelon etc. Avocado and caano drinks. Bulgur, salmon, chicken. etc The list is too long lol. Not the traditional somali ramadan lol it's too boring.

Being vegan will be hard.I am not vegetarian or vegan but i never liked meats in general and my dairy intake is almost zero since i am lactose intolerant.

I would recommend lots of nuts and seeds to add to ur meals.I buy them in bulk from Amazon.
