No. I'm thinking of head of islamic state of Somalia then in every region can be a governer nominated to rule.

Puntland doesn't want to be independent.

All the other provinces outside of Somaliland don't want to be independent.

and thats all FACT.

WELL I AINT FOR S/LAND EITHER BUT THTS ANOTHER TOPIC. I JUST THINK WE WOULD ALL BE BETTER OF IF WE MOVED ON. WE BEEN WAITING FOR 17 YRS NOW.

Best solution for Somalia is a federal country where each region has its government, police, military. Nobody has more power than anybody, that way nobody can complain.

yeah but we would still have to pay taxes to the federal goverment and all foriegn contacts and military is gonna be under them so say we get a lunatic decides to bomb us again. hell naaa.
