Visiting graves is a praiseworthy action that serves to remind us of our own mortality, and to take a break from the mundane in life and reorient ourselves to the things that really matter.

AW,

G'morning to you too dear.

Tell me about reer Baaxad.

PS, to stay in topic, I agree with Padishah and I regularly visit my POPS and granma's graves and pay my respects and read quran/du'a for them.

Ismahan,

It is good to honor the dead.

My grandparents are buried in Galkacyo, Hobyo, Xamar and Ogadenia.

Inshallah, I hope to visit their graves someday.
