Look at this biitch dyke ryding the dynasty like we give a fukk about what he thinks about us. In USA the Irish call the shot In Somalia we call the shot. Cant you see the big picture? Never will another somali do it like we do? Siad Barre controlled those Animals for 21 years and we he left! Somalis World Wide lost the lil sharaaf they had left. I do not intend to argue with a Female\male dyke ryder who is on Daroods nutz 24\7. Am just giving a quick lesson.

We would've had presidential elections after Abdirashid died. But guess who came along?

That is the type of mentality that destroyed Somalia....look the only way Darood came to power is coupe otherwise there would have been an electtion and people would have voted for the best candidate regardless of his tribe. The fact that you bring tribe into politics descredites as someon who cares about his countries well being.

Ceelgabo, go play along kiddo, you are just making a fool out of yourself.

zackabdul, what do you know about the sixties. Without the kacaanka, the civil war would have started in the early 70's so do not kid yourself sxb. Politicans were buying MPs seat as if they were cinema tickets.

MSB bought Dulbahante and Ogaden and they loved it..How would you know if the civil war would've started? We didn't create hostilities between clans like MSB.

Zackabdul, it demonstrates how little you know about the sixties governments.

Tribalism did not came with the kacaanka, it originated from the 60's government, fact.
Neoptism did not came with the kacaanka, it originated from the 60's government, fact.
Corruption did not came with the kacaanka, it originated from the 60's government, fact.

Quotations:
"...partly because of growing corruption and nepotism within the civilian governments, the armed forces seized power in 1969"
http://img61.imageshack.us/img61/7094/60s3hv8.jpg

"In this heated chase for spoils, national or local issues scarcely were debated. On the contrary, to ensure attention and have a chance of winning, each candidate identified his campaign with subclan interests. These tactics accelerated the demise of kinship and Islamic structures and encouraged the rise of CLANISM"

http://img78.imageshack.us/img78/1369/60s1io3.jpg

Excerpt:
"Anyone who has done his research would conclude that the 60's government degenerated into anarchy. There was heavy corruption and a high level of tribalism based affairs. In the 1969 elections, there were over 1000 clan-based candidates and over 70 parties for fewer than 130 seats. The Somali population was simply tired of this power struggle, disunity and pseudo-democracy. Somalia, during that period, received the highest foreign aid per capita in comparison to other African states but there was practically little development projects to no visible improvement in the standard of living. The aid money went straight in to the pockets of the politicians. Most of the custom duties were pocketed by civil servants; hospitals were selling their medicines to local pharmacies; and government-owned cars were being used as taxis. There was no minimum basis for national cooperation and high decree of moral decay was prevalent. This is why M S Barre started a campaign exposing the thievery and mismanagement of the political leaders in the early months after the coup."

First of all, when Abdirashid was elected, nepotism in the government was disintegrating without a doubt. He fired the prime minister, he fired the speaker of house and that is the sole reason he was assassinated. I do admit though, that there was corruption in the government, however, how does that differ from when Siyad Barre appoints his relatives to powerful positions.

Facts:

1. He went after civilians and used it as a weapon to weaken the rebel groups.

2. MSB executed many Isaaq/Hawiye men which led to many Darood loosing their lives in Mogadishu, even ones like the Majeerteen who had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with MSB. So sxb I blame your uncle, because he created enemies for me under the name of "Darood".

3. He set up groups to rape innocent women, such as the Victory Pioneers.

4. He created the Red Berets, which was exclusively from the Marehan clan who carried out operations under MSB.

"The Red Berets systematically smashed the small reservoirs in the area around Galcaio so as to deny water to the Umar Mahamuud Majeerteen sublineages and their herds."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think this is much worse then corruption and nepotism, at least then the Abdirashid government wasn't preying on civilians, something cowards are known for.

zackabdul, I guess you are a kid after all. Do your research adeer and do not force me do it for you. I have already provided half of the research, you complete the rest. You can write out lines and add the 'fact' defier in order to boost its credibility but that is not how it works.

What you can do is open a new topic and provide these points. I will address them one by one, coupled with evidences.

That last quote that you have provided is a wikipedia quotation. Just pointing it out.
