Looks too big to be a village, they should connect it to Burco and build roads and hospitals and schools in between to fill gaps.

The trees are dwindiling very fast thanks to the Hutus.

The Hawiye in Shabeelaha used the abundance of trees and agriculture around Shabeelaha, to cut down the trees at an alarming rate, and export them to rich azz spoiled Arabs at cheap rates so they can smoke their sheesha. As far as the farmland, many HG like Cusman Atto, Indacadde etc. had Xashish farms around lower shabelle. The cutting of the trees, wreaks havoc on the enviroment, due to less co2, which means less oxygen for plants to, and ultimately less lifestock due to that. In the meantime cities like Garowe and Golgodob which have much less potential, have sprawling farms that grow papaya,canbe and many other goods. Give credit where credit is due. These guys benefited nothing from Shabeelaha.

Call Adeer Hiiraale the kingpin of charcoal trade. Middle Shabelle produces no charcoal, its funny how charcoal came all the way from Lower Shabelle and Jubboyinka to Ceelmacaan.

The JVA had an almost complete monopoly on charcoal trade.

You must have serious issues against Hawiye people to even overlook the criminal actions of Hiiraale, the kingpin of charcoal

Somaliweyn, if there was a charckoal trade in Lower Jubba, then it is absolutely wrong and it must stop. I'll research if there was a charckoal trade there, and if there was I'll condemn it. Anyway, the charokaol I was talking about was the burning of the trees to make charkoal. I'm sure theres trees in Shabeelaha. Anyway, the current leadership in Kismayo is basically like Sade wadaads. These were the Sade that were with the ICU, so I don't think they'll allow it anymore.

If you don't know about the infamous charcoal trade of JVA then you basically know nothing about the criminal lucrative entreprise called JVA.

The whole money inflow of JVA was based on two things:

-Charcoal trade by far nr1.
-Import of goods for Mogadishu market, and a small volume of it for Southern regions. &
-Taxes of economic sources: port, airport etc.

I remember Gen.Aideed banned charcoal trade back in the days, and recently the UIC banned it.

I hope the current adminstration in Kismanyo will ban it too.
