After savage Somalis get their freedom from Europeans, we couldn't govern ourself. Before Said Barre came to power, we had 64 political parties. Siad and his military junta siezed power by force. We savage welcomed them joyfully. After 21 years USC savages overthrew Siad regime. I guess you know the rest. Somalia was only free country who have governing system only 8 and half years before Siad Barre and 21 of Siad Barre.
