No A.M, I am Muslim. I do not subscribe to firq. Alle himself spoke fervently about prayer and its connection to being a MUSLIM, and while there is great debate about whether it actually nullifies your state of being a Muslim, I believe it is leaning more towards that area but on a more PERSONAL level, as in a private matter between you and Alle rather than a case that belongs to the STATE as in what I assume you are advocating for.

Also, the doctrine of the area you lean towards, I assume of you, "takfiris" like the Kharijites believe a Muslim has the power to label another Muslim as an unbeliever and conduct with him as they would conduct with a non-believer, which I absolutely believe is the most extremist of positions, one that wants to play God and make judgments, and something that will lead to NOTHING more than increasing fitnah.

Islam is a religion of peace, in wars, the prophet used to order "do not harm a fly, do not cut down a tree, down kill women and children, and strike only those are prepared to strike against you".
