Ina Baxar is right, the Haber Awal make up the majority of Isaaqs in Jabuuti followed by HY. I know many HY Jabuutiyaan here in Canada, I believe they have a deputy in the government and the most famous Jabuuti playwriter Ibrahim Gadhle was HY with a Ciise mother

Isaaq and Samaroon need to form their own pro-Somaliland political party

The constitution can be changed, the economical powerhouse is Isaaq and at the end of the day it is what matters

Again u have alot to learn about Djbouti Poltics. the nation highest constitution protector and has the most influence is the Military which Hassan Omar Gulleh is the supreme commander. one more thing Isaaq are an immigrant group to djbouti, though they may live there they didnt assimilate i suggest u head to djbouti to see that. One more thing the Economic situation is changing big time since Hassan Omar Gulleh came to power and opened up the economy to outsiders and now alot of Essa are gaining. at the End of the day Djbouti belongs to them so u have to abide to their rule and laws.
