I don't know about save, but I think A.Yusuf has the desire to make Somalia into a respectable nation. We can use that desire to out advantage while making sure he doesn't create another dictatorship.

is SL legit government? The TFG is not perfect Somali government but it

Somaliland government is more legit then the TFG, becouse it is whole heartedly
excepted by the people it represent's, who have voted it into government through the ballot box.
The TFG is not excepted by the people it reprent's and it does not care about them,It was imposed on the people by the U.S.A who have used the U.N to give this TFG the legitimemacy it does not deserve.
Somaliland government is democraticly elected to serve its population.
TFG government was imposed on the people to serve the needs of outside interest e.g usa ethoipia.
