Kambuli,
Who said all 37 year old single-mothers are ugly? I have seen some hot tamales in my part of the world that still have their game tight.
Dawladsade,
Sxb. you must understand that if everyone chooses to write however they please, it will cause confusion, that is why the MSB government chose standard Somali for writing. I specially hate people who feel like they must prove their 'Qabiil' by over-doing the whole thing.
Voltage,
Waa nala hayaa!
Ma Soomaaliyaad Dugsi ku dhigatayi? Mise waxaad ku jirtaa ilmaha Af-Soomaliga guryahooda lagu baray?

You sound an old timer like me sxb. most of the forumers are ciyaal Soomaaliya oo nabad ah weligood arag! Walee, wadan baan laheyn, ee iska daa. I went to Maxamud Mire hoose dhexe and then transfered to General Da'ud in Towfiq when the family moved. Dagaalku wuxuu igu dhacay aniga oo 6th grade ku jiro.

Xaawo Taako waan xasuustaa! Right in the heart of downtown area, near Madbacada Qaranka, ilmo fara badan oo Marehan ah baa dhigan jiray.
Maxamud Mire was right near Masaajidka Isbaheysiga & Taalada Sayidka, very strategic location and the curriculum was all in Arabic, we used to have Egyptian teachers who used to give some serious beatings.
Which Carwo, the one in Hodan near the Coca Cola plant towards #4? Or X-Fiyoore near Tiyaatarka?

Cabdallah I've always said everytime I read Emperior's post I remember some West Africans who could not say "acuudi bilaahi" and so said "hahuuzu bilaahi".
