Sadeboi

I am not disagreeing with the reasons behind the 'exceptions', I just saying their are exceptions because women and men are not equal. You said inheritance is the only case where women and men aren't equal.

You stated "The quran does not stated that men and women are not equal. In allahs eyes everyone be of different race, sex, or age is equal. The only difference between women and men in the quran is that of inheriting, and it states that men inherit 100% while women inherit 50%, and its not in all cases. Inheritance is depended how close you are to the deceased, and of your age."

I said, that is not the only instance where men and women are treated separately. Allah(swt) does not favor one gender over another, but he treats them differently and justly. Therefore they are not equal.

For example

Polygamy, men are allowed to marry more than one woman(with conditions), and women are not.

Inheritance, as you mentioned although an uncle may not get more than a daughter. A son will get twice what the daughter gets. Therefore, their are different rules for men and women

“Allaah commands you as regards your children’s (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females”

[al-Nisa’ 4:11]

Traveling, women are required to travel with their mahrem and men are not

Mosque attendance, women are not required to attend mosque while men are. Again two differently because men and women

Testimony in financial transactions and more.

“and that when you judge between men, you judge with justice”

[al-Nisa’ 4:58]

Men and women are not equal, in physical sense, clothing requirements, ways of worship, and Islamic jurisprudence. Therefore, women and men are not and cannot be equal and are judged separately from each other. Their is no preferential treatment for men or women, but clearly they are not equal.

"About the financial transactions, even in that aayat it says that only women is a witnesses and one is just their to remind her in case shes makes a mistake--- and thats because of the prevailing social conditions, whereby women back in those days did not have financial experience"

The quran was meant for all muslims at that time and in modern times, and allah(swt) is all knowing and all seeing. By your suggestions, are you implying that quran needs to be updated as they do with the bible?

Walaal listen up, we are going back and forth and I have explained all of your questions. My point is that the notion many men have that women are worth half of what they are is not part of the Muslim religion and they use bits and parts of the quran to justify it. Just like the part about the inheritance part you showed, one could look at it and say "okay thats it my mother, sister, and wife are half of what I am, and get half of what I get." Which is totally incorrect.
