Posh is absolutely right. If I was somali I'd be embarassed and ashamed too. Being a national of one of the poorest countries in the world is nuthin' to be proud about.

Its exactly the same reason why I slag the Haitians on their forum.

But being a negro is something to be proud of. Having an ancestor who was a SLAVE, is something to be proud of? Perhaps you didn't see her sarcasm. But I forgot monkeys do not have minds to figure of the notion of common sense. If you do not like Somalis or what we stand for, why are you here? and why do you CONSISTENTLY talk about Somali females?

Because at the end of the day, you know what you are, and we know what we are. You are a nothing!

Somalia's history goes back several thousand years, what has happened in the last 20 years is irrelevant, but isn't it worse to be a slave for 400 years? to not be able to know where your own ancestors came from? not being able to go back anywhere?! don't even bother saying that you are an american b/c you are not, you're a negro, a 2nd class citizen. a focking guinea pig to white america, you don't belong in america and you certaintly don't belong on SOMALINET!,

Im not negro, but even if i was I would still be proud because I was born in the greatest nation on earth. You and many others here were born in Africa which is 1000x worse than anything. Even if you're affforded the luxury of a US passport your passport documents will always say....Place of birth......./Somalia.

I'm not poor, my country is not in turmoil and my people aren't focking savages..lol Half of my ethnicity represent the second largest demographic in America after whites and our economic spending power exceeds that of your kind, and other races here. Nuff said.

What has happened in the last 20+ years is relevant. Your people are suffering and so is your infrastructure, economy among other things. History has absolutely nothin' to do to wit your present climate.

And I ain't a slave, never was and never will be. America is home to me because my passport states I was born here, not a refugee fleeing persecution in my birthland. And last time I checked, latinos make up the second largest ethnic group in America which represents half of my ancestry. So who's the guinea pig? Isn't my language the second official language of the US?

all that doesn't change the fact that ur ancestors worked long hours but it wasnt for no paycheque! basically they did nuthin more than volunteer work...except they were forced (no paycheque!)

its understandable since u have no culture u'd spend ur time roaming Somali and Hatian websites, i guess maybe ur tryna see what a real culture is? who knows!

I was born in America so that makes me American. But I am half latino and half Jamaican indian.

And no i don't dislike somalis. I have no problem wit you people. But maybe you should learn to be a lil more humble in the face of others. The haitians are just as poor and display the same type of behaviour that you do and that's why people here slag them so much.
