Prove? Don't tell me you're talking about the hadith that says: "Do not rebel a Muslim leader that rules using Shari'ah!" Is A/Yusuf ruling by Shariah? What about the verse in the Qur'an that says: "Anyone who rules by anything that isn't Shari'ah has disbelieved." Which is greater; a hadith or a verse from the Qur'an?
How can our amir rule by the shariah when the kharijis are attacking him?
Good question.
It seems hassan and American salafi are the most knowledgeable brothers when it comes to the deen.

No, because they use sunnah to debate without an agenda unlike yourself and others.

So, if I misquote a few hadiths, that makes me knowledgeable? Do you even know anything about his sect or the reason it was created in 1991 by the Saudi government?

I'm pretty sure you have some crazy story about that. Salafi jadid are good muslims from what I've read and I commend them for following the sunnah. While other muslims have no problem with suicide bombings and calling muslims kaffirst, they use the quran and the sunnah as a guide. That is what we should all strive for.

Re: How to advise the Muslim Rulers?
Who exactly fits the above description in somali history and even others part of the muslim world? Siade barre didn't rule by shariah, the SYL government didn't rule by shariah.

Of course you would say this, why? Because they are a mouth-piece for America and all of their puppet governments from the TFG to the Saudi Monarchy, no surprises in your defense.
FAH1223,
They misquote the hadith and disregard a verse in the Qur'an that says no Muslim leader can rule by nothing, but Shariah, if he rules by non-Shariah law; he has disbelieved and Ibn Katheer in his translation says it is permissable to depose such a leader. Furthermore, when Yazid Ibn Muawiyah ordered Hajaaj to attack Mecca, Ibn Zubair who was the son of Asma (daughter of Abubakar) rebelled, so did Hussein and other children of the Sahaba. Proof that its permissable to rebel against an evil leader.
