Is said Siad Barre a saint or something. He was the president of the nation and everyone can criticize him and question his dictatorship. It gets outta of hand when religion is involved, or are u saying he should never be talked about.

First and foremost, Siad Barre (AUN) was a man who did a lot for Somalia--on top of that he is dead. Therefore many people would get offended by negative statements said about him. PLUS, Somali4life still wore diapers and smelled of breast milk his opinions were merely tainted by those two attributions.

Insulting MSB AUN is NOTHING compared to violating the sancity of our Religion. I'd so much rather he poke shots at the Maxuum then to insult the Religion. Thats unacceptable.

He is dead and yes he did alot for somalia but he also had many flaws that cannot be ignored. Just because you love him doesnt mean everyone does and every somali person has the right to criticize him. As for Somali4Life everyone knows my opinion of him. No need for further explanations.

But dont turn the thread into an MSB Issue, because it isnt the point here. The question is why does it take the moderators eternity to ban people who desegrate our religion and way of life?

Awdal, walaal its good that if you have problems that you address them and not scapegoat a whole clan. Beesha SADE ee S.net do not have any more power then you. But maybe, just maybe, screw OR THE OTHER ADMINS, finally said enough is enough when today some people asked for him to be banned. Just maybe, people aren't just banned that quickly when people complain about them, but that their is actually a process whereby people are given a chance and try to change.
