Thats pretty much equivilant to NY, MN in the late 1800's. To think that Xamar and other cities in Somalia are not anywhere near that is downright scary. Paidmonk posted picture of Rome 2000 bc, and it would be a top 5 city in Somalia today. Smh.

ISNT THAT the truth? somalia is the only thing i am ever pessimistic about and i swear to you about that

i dont give up hope, but the reality is just that. Somalis would rather help out Ethiopian policy than Somali policy.
