Well I Got Something Honey Is Seen As A Remedy In Islam Aswell

"{Rasulullah(sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam) has mentioned the numerous benefits of Honey more than 1400 years ago.
Thus, one could use the above Remedies with the intention(niyyah) of a Sunnah,and through it's Barakah one will be rewarded for fulfilling a Sunnah,as well as,receive it's cure,Insha-Allah.}

Allah(swt) said: then eat of all the fruits and walk in the ways of your Lord submissively. There comes forth from within it (the bee) a beverage of many colors, in which there is healing for men; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who reflect.(surah nahl(16):69)"

Yes honey is amazing I usually try to have a spoon of it a day an add it into my cerals instead of suger.
