13 year old boy kills his father.. Should he be killed?

This boy if he is considered sakiir when he did the crime should he still be executed. Can u hold him responsible for a crime he comitted if the boy is considered sakiir?

Yes he have to die when he reached the age 15 but people can also choose to forgive/pardon(mercy,Diyya:bloodmoney,ransom) his act just like Uthman r.a forgave the crime committed by Umar's son when Ubaydullah ibn Umar killed Abu Lu'lu'ah's wife, daughter, and sons, a christian man named Jufaynah.
Uthman pardoned ubaydullah ibn umar and paid money to the resting family of abu lu'lu'ah,while Ali demanded qisas. Both were right.

One of my old friends killed his dad too but he was playing with the gun and it went off, that's understandable, lakinse how many times did our parents beat the shid out of us?

Also I agree with Xassey and Sir Lugooyo. I can't comprehend any Mother who would advocate for the death of her son. Clearly, he is not halal if he were he wouldn't have killed his own father. The kid was born in a home that was not his families. Therefore, this was an attributed to the father's death. The kid is a product of his environment his father probably implied that killing the life of innocence was acceptable.
