Gosh, this reminds me of a mother and her child....she protects them,feeds them,takes care of them..basically wey la rafaadaa....then when they become teenagers wey ku xaaraan...Lol..thankfully they grow out of it!(Well most, the others ciyaal suuqnimo ayaa la tagta)...So Reer Burco, I as a Hargeysawiyad don't mind giving you time to be teenagers...as long as aanay idin la tagin...Lol come back to Mamma (Hargeisa)

Liqaaye, Hargeisa was made the second capital due to administrative reasons. The city wasn't that big compared to, for instance, Baydhabo Janaay or Merka. It being the second capital of Somalia was only for symbolic and political power distribution or retaining its status of a colonial relic.

Only Merka Cadey had 300, 000 population back in the days.
