Buntland is a federal entity it can't sign foreign deals , its in the constituiton, Daarood can't be the president of Xama and at the same time claim independence of Xamar and act like they are like Somaliland.

Either you seprate like somaliland and thus be all in your own or follow the same constitution that made C.Y a minority Daarood a president of a Hawiye region.

Once even the long toothed Abgaal Donkey Dr Geedi mentioned this issue and was slapped by C.Y on his dark arse , Hawiye have never produced more idiots then Abgaals indeed.

To answer your question.Rules are written by the victors and at the moment majerteen is in victory mode.
Logic, rationality and explanaitions are for others and not majerteen.Ohh how good it would be to be majerteen,blind,dumb and ignorant to it all just like a child.

Okay I don't get it. Why support the TFG when they are telling your region they cant sign oil deals as it goes against the TFG charter?

Either Puntland needs to be like Somaliland and reject the TFG and go its own way. Or Puntland admin needs to work with its TFG ally.

There is no in between.

Who si going to stop them? Do you think they will attack puntland and level it to the ground ,cause I dont.This TFG is a bunch of thiefs crocks and warlords,they have no interest in a strong somalia,let alone a democratic one.But for you to start treating the assorted crocks as normal,and trying to asses their actions will only leave you asking yourself more questions.

I agree the TFG is imcompetent, but my question is for the TFG supporters who come from Puntland.

Why support this government when it is going against the interest of your own region ?

Listen, it's a decentralized government therefore the regions have a form of autonomy. I'm pretty sure, there will be no oil deal without the blessings of A/Y and the government. Do you think people of puntland will just wait till the mad people of the south get their act together? Besides, TFG is a working progress and until the government is powerful enough and the more important security issue is dealt with then it will deal with oil laws. You have to crawl, walk and then run. I expect most people in the TFG will understand or they will be fired.

Anyways, you need to stop the personal insults on puntland leaders, criticize them on issues but come with personal insults and your fair game.

And just because its a federal system, does it mean that a region is the only beneficiary from an oil law? I thought the very TFG charter they are following meant it was supposed to be a nationwide thing.

And why is he any different from riyaale or any other corrupt somali leaders?

Puntland cannot sign its own oil deals, all deals need to come to the ADC wherehouse in Baidoa for approval or denial. No region can go out and sign its own deal.

Somaliland's leaders are elected and can be removed, unlike Puntland which is a kingdom that has its own king.Gorilla Muuse 1 life long king of puntland.
