We are beyond the point of any peace talks with the TFG. The level of destruction, death, and carnage is too great. There is nothing left in Xamar to make peace over.

The TFG is on its last legs. It is a dying horse kicking up a storm. The ARS grows stronger day by day and the ranks of the Opposition grow by the minute.

Abdullahi Yusuf does see this war in the prizm of 1991. He has boasted on many occasions to his kinsmen that he is avenging 1991. His hate for Hawiye is well known and he relishes what Ethiopia is doing to Xamar and its peoples. He has a personal vendetta against Hawiye and is using the TFG/EThiopia to get revenge.

So when Ethiopia leaves, the TFG collapses, the birds will come to Puntland to roost.

For once use your brain. What Daroods live in Xamar? And for that matter what Isaaq live in Xamar? They were kicked out, slaughtered, and displaced. I doubt, any of those groups want to live in a place where blood is smeared on all fronts.

The fact of the matter is it is up to Hawiye to change their ways. They will continue to fight for a cause that doesn't exist. In the next 10 years, there will be no Hawiye man. They will be extinct along with the dinosaurs.
