Somaliland

Somaliland tribes with port access:

1. Zaylac = Ciise and Samroon

2. Ceelayo= Ciise Muuse

3 Bulaxaar = Western HY (Idris), and Sacad Musa (Nuux Ismail + Makahill)

4. Berbera (deep sea port)= Shared between all Isaaq,= mainly Ciise Musa (HA) and HY

5. Karin = Haber Jeclo= Empty Town though

6. Xiis = Haber Jeclo

7. Maydh = Haber Younis

8. Karin Tuurwa = Haber Younis

9. Halem Bahalli = Haber Younis

10. Hundegal = Haber Younis

11. Las Qaroy = Warsangalli

*Tribe with the most ports in Somaliland= Habar Jeclo,

there are 7 ports in between Karin and Xiis which were HJ, but they have been left several 100's year ago as the HJ moved futher South into Dhulbante land and Sool and Togdheer with fellow Isaaqs.

These towns are 'Ghost Towns' and the ports are not useable

*Clan with most Coastline and 2nd most ports: Haber Younis

The coastline starting from Xiis to Las Qaroy is Haber Younis. Maydh is Musa Carre sibaa Jiberil Aden, which they are the Royal Guradians of Shiekh Isaaq Tomb and Maydh City.

Karin Tuurwa, Halem Bahalli, and Hundegal are Musa Ismail of Sanaag.

Also, Western HY and Sacad Musa share Bulxaar, and Berbera.

* The best Port in Horn of Africa: Berbera

*Best future Port Las Qaroy,

but theirs no roads and the Sanaag region is full of bandery  , with clan loyal to Somaliland in Western Sanaag (Musa Ismail and Haber Younis) and clans loyal to Puntiland (warsangalli)

Clans with the no port access:

Dhulbahante
Ogaden

Isaaq clans:
Arap
Ayub

but I guess they will share with tehir Isaaq brothers :somaliland:

Maydh is one of the major towns of the Sanaag province of northwestern Somalia. It has an estimated population of 30,000 residents.

Sheikh Isahaq's Tomb, Maydh. The town was first populated by non-Somali tribes like the Oromo. Later, Somali ancestors came to the area. Perhaps the most important of these was Sheikh Isahaq (Sheekh Isaxaaq), a famous Somali sheikh who, according to tradition, moved to Somalia from Arabia in the 12th or 13th century AD. Sheikh Isahaq is considered the founding father of the large Isaaq clan that inhabits mainly the northwestern Somaliland region of Somalia, as well as the Somali Region of Ethiopia and Djibouti. Maydh now is the major town for the Habar Yoonis lineage of Isaaq, and the tomb of Sheikh Isahaq is also located here.

There is one elementary school and one middle school. Maydh does not have a secondary school. There are no health facilities in the town. The closest hospital is the Ceerigaabo General Hospital about 48 km (30 mi) to the southeast.

Maydh Island is about 30 km (19 mi) to the NNE in the Gulf of Aden

"Maydh now is the major town for the Habar Yoonis lineage of Isaaq, and the tomb of Sheikh Isahaq is also located here."

My uncle is the Mayor  Maydh is small knit family of HY we dont welcome outsiders from any clan

reer burao dude you are wrong

Habar Jeclo got longest coastline.

but Habar Awal is in de facto control of THE longest coastline...
from Berbera all the way to Saylac where Jibril Abokor SNM militia red flag never left after Somaliland 1991 declared independence

Arap
dhulbahante
ciidagale
ayoub

are without coast access of their traditional land

Habar younis got 1 acces and thats sanaag which is cut of by habar jeclo in the middle
which means reer togdheer HY and Oodweyne and Gaashaamo have no real sea access and must therefor derive on Berbera habar awal whom tax them heavy...
same with their ciidagale cousins of awaare , degeh buur salaxley
