Nobody is occupying Hargeisa, you only persist with this lie to help your argument.The only time you would change this view point, is if Hargiesa commited suicide and declared war on ethoipia.

One only place that has a right to this is those in xammer, fighting the occupation.Not those in puntland, who are dependent on the occupation, or those in las anood, hoping for one last hurra.
