An up to date survey has yet to be conducted, the very reason Maakhir State wants to break away from Puntland so humanitarian and NGOs can set up base in Badhan.

Erigavo is the 3rd if not 4th most POPULATED town in Sanaag. NGOs under SOmaliland are setup in the Western half of the city. I'm not going to discuss numbers neither am I Jibril Siciid, Bah Ugaslabe or Nux Omar. Erigavo is not my town and is falling behind.
