Qansa you are right sxb but there is also an underlying assumption you hold which is that we will be safe and secure with Kismaayo under clan control. Again my point is right now we are not facing oppression. Can anyone say mareexaans are being oppressed? Why should Mareexaan continue to die and bleed away their resources for a public piece of land that will sooner or later came under the control of a central government? is that government going to give us a reward for "safeguarding" the premises in the absence of the right owner (central government)?

War heedhe no I cannot say we will not be oppressed in the future in the same way I cannot say the city will continue to be under our control if we do re-capture it in the name of clan but I am saying for the present there is no need to beat the drums of war. If we are oppressed, Somalis are the ones who coined "Mareexaan dhiigiis lama tuso" we will be united as before and no local force can ever stand infront of us united for more then mere hours. Voltage,

I don't think a Central Government is coming anytime soon, so it would behove Marexaan to make arrangements for their future without waiting for a Government to come to the resuce. Administrations in the Jubbas and Gedo is the way to go.
