Abdiwahab, It's not hard it all. To get a CCW(carry and conceal weapon) permit, you have to be:

Don't get me wrong Xidigow. It doesn't matter who was killed, and in fact most of the guys that got killed happen to be Hawiye, but I post the news regardless of their qabiil, and if I happen to know them, I go to their funeral and sympathy with their family.
