This means you personally wouldn't want any land back home right?
ur bloated mirqaan a.ss is finally making some sense out of all this. u damm right I won't buy any land in Somalia for commercial purposes, only a plot in Garowe for private purpose.

I'm a citizen of the world, I got better places to invest my money in.

Fking numskulls, this is what happens when retards reproduce.

Doesn't he know one acre of land in the dense and volatile south is worth more then 100 acres in Puntland?

Stop exxagerating. The most expensive land in Somalia is in Xamar. After that it's in Major towns and cities. Regardless of location.

Land in Hargeisa and Bosaso is more expensive then in green Jowhar. Even though Jawhar is the green capital of somalia.

You are retarded. An average empty 100 acress in Jowhar or Balcad will cost you a minimum of 150,000 USD and that's just in parts of the town that are away from the river. An average active farm of 150 acres near the river will go for a an average of 350,000 USD.

Unclebin are these fukbags serious or what? You'd almost forget we're talking about Somalia, the poorest, most useless, most hopeless nation on earth.

Claiming that plots are worth 100s of Ks, while the people owning it are walking around with dacas and oversized secondhand clothes with holes in it.

A small plot of land in bosaso will cost 10 000. Forget 100 acres. That might go in the millions you fool. A small plot and a house in bosaaso goes for 50 000. A nice villa is in the 80-100 thousand.

You are talking farrms. We are talking plots of land you fool.

Shirib

People are trying to punk you. Go to some Beesha Jareerweyne family and purchase a part of their farm and you could get it for a few 1000.

Yea I'm sure its not really worth that much, but thats the damn asking price for the area. 10-15k based on the proximity to the city.

These uneducated doqons put together some crazy coercion. Those lots shouldn't be more than 2-3k
