-where is her parents?
-what was her medical history? did she suffer some mental illnesses?

-why did she fall when she was led to the excution scene?

There aren't many stonings throughout the Muslim world. My guess is, the ratio is less than 1 for every 100 million Muslims, and not even yearly but for every 1-2 decade(s). For Sunni Muslims, I think it's mostly a case of 4 witnesses making the accusation and voluntary confession by an adulterer/adulteress. For non-Sunni Muslims, like Yazidis, I think it's a case of honor killing or other reasons. Like in this Yazidi case:
