I called my cousin who thank goodness left Hargeisa for Xamar due to missing home and the hostility of the locals.

Anywayz, a Gadabuursi guy who has lived in every province in Somalia told me that the 2 worst qabiils to live amongst (this was from his experience from the 1960s to 1980s) are Harti & Issaq.

Is that gonna solve Somaliland's security problem? Somaliland has to understand even spending a massive budget on security cannot bring security as it takes a little effort to stoke insecurity. Cleansing Somaliland from from Southerners and Easterners isn't gonna bring security to Somaliland.
