Seattle is liberal but isn't western Washington conservative?

Seattle is in Western Washington, and is very liberal. Eastern Washington is conservative but 1/3 of Washingtons population is in King County, Seattle's county and the majority of the rest in surrounding counties.

Eastern Washington and other parts of the state don't have that much population.
