My lastname's the anglicized version of a Somali nickname.

It doesn't even look Somali at first glance.

^ Roob is a beautiful thing, especially in a land as dry as Somalia. Even in the west, ppl are called Rain, it's a unisex name for boys and girls alike.

So what's weird about Rooble? :lol:

u do have Somalis named after the sun and moon: Shamso and Muna (or Meymun, Munisa). :mrgreen:
