james dahl or whatever you name is?
I have never heard such bull written in somalinet than what i am reading from you!
you are so ignorant when it comes anything passed galgacayoo!.

you got all lot to read apprentice.

The reason i have not participated in this joint is I was just watching what bull people will write here
such one that said a long time ago here that the ugass of issa is of xarlaa.
while ugass critiria within issa has always been that he got to be of wardiig clan and his mother should be of reer ugaas of somarone (gadabursi).

go read and read as well the book of first footsteps in east africa written about 100 years ago.
It says when richard F. Burton was travelling with his issaq translator that ISSA are the strongest and most numerous of all somali clan.
combined issaaq, darood and samarone in those times!

djibsomali,
Are you Issa yourself?
I have read Richard Burton's book, as well as many others. I know that Issa consider themselves to be Madoobe Dir, I want to understand that relationship and where it comes from, I'm not looking to disprove it or mock it or otherwise disrespect it.
Issa genealogy is more complex than most, and I am trying to make sense of it, nothing more.
How far back does your abtiris go? Does it only go back 10 generations as was claimed previously?

james Dahl why do you always make assumptions and come up with some bullshit. There is no Issa that counts only 10 generations. As for the others yes there is an Abgaal subclan and no they arent related to the Abgaal's from Xamar. Its like Samaroon who have Makhail while both Isaaq and Ogaden also have it.

king of awdal go and ask your dad the reer nuur elder! he knows everything about awdal (including djibouti) and surounding.
instead of making assumption yourself.
Agbaal are not a minority, even more, abgaal is not a gaabil within issa.

When issa are sharing anything they separate themself in two group.
the Abgaal group and the dalool group. 50/50.

I am not gonna go any further as i like to read other people ignorance and entertain myself!

but the best stop is your dad!!
